Kate's stunning wedding gown will go down in history as one of the most beautiful creations the world has ever seen. The dress was designed by Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen.
Pink Princess
During the ARK Gala dinner at Kensington Palace, Kate wore an elegant and regal dress designed by Jenny Packham. The soft pink full length gown was embellished with silver beads and crystals.
Black Velvet
Sporting another Alexander McQueen design, Kate's black velvet strapless dress stunned everyone attending The Sun's Military Awards. The outfit was accessorised with a black velvet clutch and a beautiful silver necklace.
Erdem Cecile Dress
When Kate arrived in Canada earlier this year, the navy blue lace shift dress from Erdem Cecile was her choice of outfit. The high neckline and long sleeves made this dress a modest option.
Royal Purple
Whilst attending a Canada day celebration on the 1st July 2011, Kate wore a purple Issa dress. The dress itself was similar to the navy blue Issa one that Kate wore when announcing her engagement to Prince William in 2010.
Wrap Dress
When visiting the British Consul-General's residence, Kate wore one of Diane Von Furstenberg’s iconic wrap dresses. This green silk dress was simple and sophisticated.
Lilac Dream
The Duchess opted for yet another Alexander McQueen gown for the British Academy of Film and Television Arts event that was held in Los Angeles on the 10th July 2011. The dreamy lilac dress was accompanied with glitter sandals from Jimmy Choo.
Solo in Silver
On the 26th October 2011, Kate Middleton held her first official solo engagement, for the fete In Kind Direct. Kate chose to wear a pale grey Amanda Wakeley gown to the event.
Coat Dress
For the conclusion of Kate and William's Royal Tour of Canada, Kate wore a beautiful deep red coat dress, designed by Catherine Walker. The outfit was accessorised with pumps, a clutch and a maple leaf brooch lent to Kate by the Queen.
